Brazilian Law By Topics

Updated in November, 19th 2004

In Brazil, the texts of legal rules available on the Internet have only an informative nature - they must have been previously published in the Official Gazettes. The Brazilian legal system shows a prolific production of legal information, puzzles anybody who tries to identify which rules are in force. We strongly recommend to check on Federal Senate website which rules are in force or not. There is a very useful website, Soleis, that shows several Brazilian laws by topics.
